You need to setup an application specific password in Gmail so that your email alerts can work. See https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/185833
You are getting frame errors, dropped packet errors and the NAS is connected at 100 Mb/s.

That is one way, but not the only way. Disabling 2-factor authentication and allowing "less secure apps" also works.
