ReadyNas stays on but not accessible

As this is still under warranty, perhaps you can submit a support request @ support.netgear.com
Often this is a full OS partition. You could also try an OS reinstall. That will reset the IP config to DHCP and the admin password to "password", but all other settings should be preserved.
