ReadyNas Support Website password issue

I tried to log into the support site, but have forgotten my password. I went to the "forgot password" section, entered my e-mail, bflusche@xxxxx, but have not received any e-mails. I tried several times yesterday and nothing. I checked my SPAM folder, still nothing.

  • Is it possible that you used a different e-mail when initially setting up the account? If the e-mail is different, they would not be able to find the account. But on most sites, you get an error message immediately. Did you get a message telling you that an e-mail was being sent?

    Please don't post your email address on a public forum. That's an invitation to get spam from spammers. I'd suggest contacting "chirpa" with the serial number of your device, your name, email address etc. Hopefully he can help confirm that you registered using that email address and with resetting your password.
  • Thanks for the tip on e-mail address and for fixing it.

    I believe the e-mail address is correct, I get a message saying the e-mail has been sent. When I try another address, I get an error message that it is unknown.
