ReadyNAS Tech Support Slow to Respond #24460879

Bought my first ReadyNAS 312 less than a month ago and already 2 Tech Support tickets. Going on 48 hours with this problem. Upgraded to 6.2.2 and then a couple days later I un-installed Netgear Surveillance. The server crashed during the uninstall and have been unable to access admin since. Called for support but got tired of being on hold for 45 minutes/hung up. Set up a case online but the response has been limited and I'm stilling waiting. Called tonight for an update and again waited 45 minutes on hold so I eventually hung up again. NOT HAPPY!

Looking at your case notes it looks like support has fixed your system now. Did you do an OS re-install? Your admin password has been reset to the default one. It would be advisable for you to change the admin password.

The problem is one that others have seen recently. A symlink in /etc/apache2/sites-enabled was left behind which prevented apache2 (the http/s server service) from starting.
