Readynas to pc and internet connection

Hi All

Thank you for replying i really appreciate it. i did find a solution. But first only fair to answer the questions;

*the router is downstairs front room, at the moment i cannot run a cable to the upstairs backroom where i use my computer.

*not appropriate at the moment to keep the nas near the router as i do not have space and sockets.

*im using a pc windows 10

any as StephenB mentioned - i shared my wifi connection with the Ethernet connection and works great, i did not even know it possible .. i did try it a few times did not work, but after resetting and then trying again it worked. and is working great.
