ReadyNAS Ultra 4 UPS Configuration Greyed out

In RAIDar, does the UPS button for the Ultra 4 show green or blank?
If blank, it sounds to me as if the Ultra 4 is not recognizing the APC Network Management Card. I would try to go back to the previously working condition, or if you intend to take the NV+ out of service, connect the Ultra 4 directly to the UPS as you had the NV+ connected.
