What is a bit puzzling is that
- manually shutting down using the pushbutton on the dveice causes the power on schedule to work properly
- maually shutting down using the GUI causes the pwerr schedule to cease working
Hmmm - SW-controlled shutdown casuses the power schedule to be "deactivated".
"Physical" shutdown does not change the schedule settings.
Also note that returning to the GUI, the GUI still indicates the power schedule as "activated".
It would be more understandable if it had bneen the other way around, so that a push-button shutdown would require a push-button start for the device to start again...
Knowing the behaviour, it can be circumvented, but the probability that the issue is encountered is high for users that has the need to do a manual shutdown remotely.
Nice if Netgear could at least fix the GUI so that the user is aware that the schedule is decativated as described above.
Better up if the schedule settings remain active as configured.
