Readynas ultra6 fan system in enclosure internal speed is below threshold (0rpm)

I replaced the system fan with Noctua NF-A12x25 FLX, https://amzn.eu/d/9BAIVNq
Temp is now 72°C instead of 80-ish °C which is great.
My system is readynas ultra6 upgraded to readynas os 6.10.4
But when system fall asleep, after few hours system fan stop rotating and system temperature rises critically
How can I prevent the system to stop the fan in such condition ?
