readynas ultra6 RNDU6000
Readynas ultra 6 RNDU6000 supports single volume for all disks? I have older readynas and now I want bigger one but I want to have single volume consisting of 6 2tb drives. thanks

Yes you can still use X-RAID2 single-redundancy (like RAID-5) or Flex-RAID RAID-5.
Do note that data stored on one device is not safe. Important data should not be trusted to a single device. You should preferably keep copies of important data in multiple locations at all times. You may wish to keep your 600 to backup the important data on your new NAS.
