ReadyNas wont Boot past 72%

Recently had a tech working at a client site and their ReadyNas was loose on top of the client rack and it fell to the floor.

Since then the ReadyNas won't boot and gets stuck at 72% and just sits.

Looking to get data off the drives. Looking for suggestions.

All I have is the Model: RN42400, the rest info I would assume hasn't been firmware updated since out of the box. it is a 4-bay NAS, with 4 drives but I couldn't tell you the raid.

The client bought the device and set it up on their own. But they do not have any of that info either

        Actually an RN424.

Have they tried booting up the NAS in read-only mode?  See pages 97-98 here:

Also, you should ask if the NAS had a power loss (or an unclean shutdown) right before the problem began.
