ReadyNAS X6 not showing up in RAIDar
I've had an X6 for some time (obviously), and it's worked great forever. It's our primary file server. I went to use it today and the shares had disappeared. I pulled up RAIDar and it's not showing...
Yeah I mean hard-resetting it changed the "speed" at which the rescan is happening but it still stopped at 85%.
Tech support is advising me to tell it to skip the rescan but to do that I have to start it up using the regular power button... which doesn't seem to be responding (the minute I plug the X6 in it's booting, not waiting for me to push the power button).
