Hi juan_daniel,
I suggest you to open an online case with NETGEAR Support then let them know about your concern before you buy. Kindly include the serial number of your ReadyNAS Duo v1 as well as the Proof of Purchase of it for warranty verification.

I don't know how to find the information to buy a power supply for my product.
In http://support.netgear.com/general/contact/ I can't find the way to get this information.

Hi juan_daniel,
As I have mentioned, you will need to open an online case to inquire your concern. Have you tried to click on "Get help on my NETGEAR product" then proceed with it? Check the image shown below:

It was my understanding that Netgear won't sell you a power brick (though if it failed under warranty they would replace it).
You can try this one (though I haven't purchased it, so I can't recommend it): http://www.amazon.com/Netgear-ReadyNAS-External-replacement-adaptor/dp/B00QC42N6M
