It should, though it is regrettably overpriced. If you have a data backup, you might consider replacing the NAS instead.
You could also look into an overseas supplier - even with shipping costs, it might be quite a bit cheaper.

Just last small question: if I just plug 1gb memory in my NAS, one of these below, for example, should it would just fine, no setup or resets needed?
