Reallocated sectors - Bad drive?
I have two ReadyNas Pro 4's, each with 3x 2TB Seagate Baracuddas. NAS1 - ONCE claimed that disk1 was dead, I restarted the NAS and it came back and resync'd fine. It has not happened again in months...
I suspect the reallocated sectors are real, and that the drive 1 in both NAS are ok (assuming healthy SMART stats). What are the specific models and drive firmware?
Try testing the disk 2 and disk 3 with seatools on a PC, and see what that says.
