Personally I would go with the Red WD30EFRX. I've seen no issues posted here from users of the RED drives, I have seen ongoing issues on the others. Both Netgear and WD agree that the RED drives are suitable/supported for ReadyNAS use, which in my view is also a major benefit. The warranty is also better.
