Recommended external USB 4TB for NV+ V2 ?

Same Question. I have an older NV+ running latest firmware 4.1.13 (latest for this model) and I need to connect 4TB external USB for backups. Will this ReadyNAS even see a 4TB external Drive and format the partition? or is it limited to 2TB?
