Remove Available Add-ons Page
Is there a way to remove Skifa and ReadyNAS PhotoII from the Available Add-ons Page. Its annoying to see it...

No. They will return to the Available Add-ons page.
There is no supported way to do what you want if you don't want to see these add-ons at all in Frontview.
