This sounds more like a firmware or hardware issue than a BIOS issue.
If you download your logs (Status > Logs > Download all logs) the bios version is in bios_ver.log
The firmware update history is in initrd.log
If you download your logs (Status > Logs > Download all logs) the bios version is in bios_ver.log
