RMA rigamarole
All things considered, I am not sure we would buy anything from netgear again. Our readynas, one of 8 at least that we bought, was defective out of the box. They would not support it. They said we didn't buy the disks from them. I had to supply proof of purchase. I did that. Oh, they did sell us the disks. OK. Send us the bad disk. Send it to us first. I popped the disk out, with the pop out mechanism, would you call it an enclosure? I sent them that whole thing. They sent me a disk, but no enclosure. So I still can't use it. This has been like 6 months. What a joke.
