RMA'ed Drive Swap - Got a Different drive back not on HCL

Thanks for the quick replies Chirpa & StephenB. I did contact support, spoke to a tech named Jeff who said that there was a supply issue at the warehouse. He was going to escalate my issue.
Stephen, thanks for the info on the Seagate drive, it actually looks like a decent drive compared to the WD I currently have. My only concern is if there is another hardware issue and the drives are not on the compatibility list (even though Netgear provided the drives) will I be denied support? Strangely enough the Western Digital WD10EARS is not on the NV+v2 compatibility list either, yet I got the unit direct from Netgear. Who knows? I just would feel a little more secure knowing the drives are on the compatibility list.
Thanks for your input guys. I am going to wait for support to get back to me and see what they have to offer. Maybe someone on here can advise me what to do once I know.
