OK you need to perform a OS Re-install as shown on Page 19 here
This will reset the user login//password to the default values.
These are:
Login: admin
Password: password
It will also change some of your Internet protocol settings to defaults
DO NOT perform a Factory Default as it will delete all of your data

Ok that worked!. I got in through that admin sign in.
I did notice that my login (the one I was trying to use to log in) got wiped. So did all authorised users for cloud got wiped. And ready cloud was switched off. ?????? Any reason why this might have happened? Was it a security thing?
