RN104 defrag problem

Free space is 3,75 TB (4x 3TB WD RED, 8,17 TB raid5 )
Snapshots are ON for share "DOCUMENT" (6GB of data and 9 snapshots -8 week protection, set weekly snapshots). For any other shares are snapshots setting OFF
balance is oK. pass within 2 or 3 minutes.
I found additional info. During problem with defrag Cacti shows no data on all charts. As if the NAS has been turned off.
