RN10400-100NAS won't power up, but power supply has green light

Question

Hi all,&nbsp;My RN10400 recently stopped powering up. &nbsp;The power supply shows a green light, but the unit doesn't have any power. &nbsp;I don't know if I just need to replace the power supply or if there was a different hardware failure. &nbsp;Is there anyway to rest the unit? &nbsp;Anyone have any suggestions before I buy a replacement power supply. &nbsp;If I need to replace the power supply can someone confirm&nbsp;P/N 332-10581-01 is what I need. &nbsp;I found this on amazon as a replacement power supply.&nbsp;https://www.amazon.com/UpBright-Adapter-CAM090121-332-10581-01-3321058101/dp/B01M16J45U/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&amp;qid=1497032584&amp;sr=8-1&amp;keywords=332-10581-01&nbsp;Thanks for any help&nbsp;

In case it is connected to an UPS you might want to try connecting it directly to the wall instead.

Well, being paranoid, I would also try a different wall socket, if you have one in reach.

Thanks for the suggestion.&nbsp; I tried a different outlet and that still didn't solve anything.&nbsp; guess I will try a new power supply

Yup, that would be the next step. However, it could also be, that the power supply is fine, but the nas itself cannot use the power provided for whatever reason.
