Unable to access existing Time Machine File to update Time Machine It comes up with an OS error This has happened before and had to start a new Time Machine File Can you please provide support

Just to confirm, have you referred to this KB article with regards to reconfiguring Time Machine?

If possible, please send a screenshot of what kind of OS error you're getting to assist you further.
