RND2110 factory reset > "device offline"
I can not get past device off line message on ReadyNAS control panel. successful factory reset apperred to happen overnight with: v 5.3.5 on rt column yellow icon on RT

What model NAS is this? The RND2110 doesn't have an LCD control panel.

Or do you really mean RAIDar?

Yes RAIDar 4.3.8 recognises NAS and displays blank dashboard with very little data other than drive capacity.
Netgear RAIDar 6.5
yeilds dialog box that hang forever.
don't know how NAS couldn't be on different sub net
assume Drive wouldn't even show up if cable was bad.

correction ... it must be on same subnet being directly wired to modem
