rsync ssh with ReadyNas Duo
Hello,
I run for several years a backup job on my ReadyNas Duo with Strato HighDrive Cloud. Now they refuses any rsync without SSH. But where can I config the rsync ssh connection? When I use the normal interface, there is no chance to do so.
What can I do ... the DUO is still doing well so I won't change it and I also would like to stick to rsync ...

The Duo didn't support rsync over ssh for performance reasons. There was an old add-on that claimed to add it, but I think that only worked with 4.1.7 firmware. It modified the frontview html, so I think it would be pretty risky to try installing it with different firmware.
