Hi IMHS-Library,
You have these lines on your kernel log:
[Fri Dec 14 20:15:14 2018] BTRFS: device label 0a432bf8:data devid 1 transid 66573 /dev/md127
[Fri Dec 14 20:15:14 2018] BTRFS info (device md127): has skinny extents
[Fri Dec 14 20:26:30 2018] BTRFS error (device md127): open_ctree failedThe first line is btrfs identifying that it has been requested to start mounting the volume. The second line is just saying that it has this property to be aware about. The third line is the inability to open. The reason is because of a 10 minute timeout period it takes to mount the volume. Engineering has fixed it already on 6.9.5, which will be released soon.
If you are not able to wait for the official release of the firmware, you may try updating your NAS to 6.9.5 (RC1) and see if the volume can be mounted afterwards. You can download it here.

Hi IMHS-Library,
Welcome to the Community!
Do you have a backup of your data?
You may download the complete system logs of the NAS and then upload it to a file sharing site. Please PM me the download link so we can check the issue further.

I hope you get it back up. Assuming you do, consider this:
Which can you afford less, a backup device (such as another NAS) or total loss of your library?
