Hi, Is it possible to use SATA III disks in the Netgear ReadyNAS NV+ RND4000? For example the Barracuda Green 5900.3. I understand that the disk will only run at SATA II speed and performance,...
It is slower than the newer models, but certainly still functional as a server. The speed is likely only to be significant when copy or reading large files (movies).
