pillick looking at your forum join date you would have a Duo (v1), not a Duo v2, I think. See How to tell whether I have a Duo v1 or Duo v2 or NV+ v1 or NV+ v2
Please note that the Duo (v1) does not support drives that are larger in capacity than 2TB.
