In general, this is hard to accomplish, since for a given fan size, CFM is related to fan speed. And fan speed is related to fan noise. Now the quality of that noise may differ (high-pitched being more annoying than low-pitch).
That's why I asked people from Infrant to suggest one.
I guess that they tested a lot of fans and choosed the best compromise between performaces and price.
I'm willing to get one with better performaces in terms of cfm/noise ratio, it will probably cost more than the Adda they supply, but I don't care since it could preserve my psu life.
