Two weeks with no reply, so let's try again...
You can use the EnableFanMinRPMOverride add-on from the Wiki Add-on page. This is mentioned in the PSU Service Action announcement - http://www.infrant.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=10259
Just as it was mentioned on this forum from Infrant staff that an updated patch that included upgraded NV units was forthcoming. Apparently that is no longer the case. I am very familiar with the PSU Service Action announcement and have been following it very closely. I am very aware that I had the privelege of paying extra to "upgrade" my NV with a power supply of questionable reliability. If the solutions are equivalent, then why was the patch released for the NV+ units in the first place? Why not just use the EnableFanMinRPMOverride add-on for all affected units with fanless PS?
Infrant issued a patch that would only install itself on NV+ units even though they were well aware that they had offered and sold the exact same power supply to many NV owners. I just would like to hear the whole story here...
