Even after doing the add-on/ new firmware months ago looks like my PSU just died on my ReadyNAS NV. Hope they get support center back and running correctly looks like there is some email problem and I need to get a new one ASAP since the NV does the nightly backups for all my servers
Update: Just got an email from Support.. They needed my Invoice from Newegg so should have the RMA pretty soon. Got to give them credit where credit is due for good tech support
