I would just like confirmation that if the NV+ is in the noted range of serial numbers, the psu will be replaced through an rma process at the manufacturers's expense??
Even if out of warranty?
This seems to be the info on the threads however, the support person here in Japan seems to be getting mixed messages from Netgear.
If someone could confirm/refute, be much obliged.
