Shares, Permissions, Guests? Arghhhhh Help needed please...

Really looking for some help with setting up users and shares please?
There are 5 users. 2 admins and 3 users.
I have 6 folders/shares.
Share 1 is family photos.
Share 2 is media....
Yep still 4.2.x. Didn’t know it could be upgraded that far?
Lol, pictures would help. Bit of luck they’ll get authorised soon
Got myself into a right state. Couldn’t even transfer to or from a share.
So complicated... just need a tick box system with who can access it.
So I think, at the moment, I have it so everyone can access all the shares. Which isn’t what I need.
Just don’t want the kids to accidentally delete a photo album etc...
