Sign in error on RN10200
Recommended by StephenB to use FreeFileSync as an alternative to ReadyCloud now that has been stopped.
First comparison and sync of folder went well after I was asked to put in my username and password into the NAS drive. When I came to do the next comparison and sync the same request for username and password came up (I did not check the remember me option on first access) but this time access was denied. Error message stating that multiple access for this username was not available and to close down previous access.
All have been closed as far as I am aware but the error still stops access.
Any suggestions?
