ST2000DL003 Compatibility?

?? I thought it was recommended to get the 4k working properly within the NAS? As opposed to relying on the Seagate 'smartalign'? If it wasn't necessary then I could have achieved all of this by just hot-swapping the drives with no downtime?

The drives were Seagate 7200 drives. Do you think the newer 5900 ones will be slower then?
