ST2000DL003 Compatibility?
Being a RNP user that is running out of space, I'm wanting to purchase new drives. I'm interested in using the Seagate ST2000DL003 2TB drives. These drives are not currently listed on the compatib...
Doing that wouldn't give you 4k sector alignment. A factory default on 4.1.7 is needed to get 4k sector alignment. The alignment is done on the partitions of the disks themselves. Going back to your old disks would go back to 512-byte alignment.
