Surveliliance App ReadyNAS 516
Hi
When i install the ReadyNAS Surveliance app in ReadyNAS 516 model .it take more time downlaod the suveliance app ,it didn't complete the installation .past two days we were working on it. any suggestion are welcome.Here i have attached the file .

Which firmware are you running?
Have you installed any other apps recently?We are running the latest firmware version 6.5.1.
yes , we are not install any app recently.
Is a static I.P. address set on the NAS?
If so, can you check to make sure the DNS Servers are specified correctly. Perhaps also try Google DNS (i.e. 8.8.8.8)
