swapping out RN DU2000 to RN212

My RN DU 20000 series finally failed but the HD is still good. I have a new RN212 on the way.  I believe the file systems on these two systems are different. How can I save the data from the old HD? Does Netgear have a procedure for this?

The Ultra 2 is a legacy x86 model. You should have got a new x86 model e.g. RN422.

We don't have a procedure to recover data from an Ultra 2 in a RN212 whereas in a RN422 it should be straightforward (assuming the disks, RAID, OS and volume are all fine which may be a big assumption).

How did your Ultra 2 fail? Does it not power on at all (no lights, no fan), do you not see it in RAIDar?
