SYS FAN fails "out of spec"
So for a while now I've been happily using a Noctua for my system fan (temps read rather high when the aircon is off) and a Zalman for a CPU fan (runs great). This is all on my RNPP (see my sig for de...
RNPP PSU-->Molex (female)-->Molex (male)-->Molex (female)-->Molex (male) on RNPP M.Board to power HDDs

My concern lies in that I'll be going from a 2 pin to a 3pin, hence I will be making the assumption that Yellow-->Red, Black to Black, White will have no connection. White is the Signal connection.
Just to clarify, I'm using the Yellow/Black pair from the Molex because thats the 12v side of the plug. The Black/Red is typically the 5v side.
