Trying to use ST3000DM001 3TB drive in USB dock

I think Readynas Remote is now built in, so you should not attempt to reinstall the add on.

If you are having problems with Remote on 5.3.6 and can't fix it open a support case and if they can't help try sending a PM to cap1.
