Two NETGEAR NAS keeps losing the usb drives .

Hope you are all having a nice day. Has am not with my usb drives and can you help me out with this one.
Two Netgear Nas keeps losing the usb drives. Since its updated to the new firmware version 6.10.1. I have to keep doing random restarts to get the drives back it's only doing it since. I have updated and it's on my Netgear Nas 312 and Netgear Nas 102.
Looking in the log there is no sign of disconnection or error or anything else within the log. I have all got green circles and the odd one or two orange ones but apart from that there's no disconnection.
Does anybody else have the same problem ? Does anybody else have the same problem as me. And is there a way around it please let me know.

Are the drives working fine before you updated to 6.10.1? How about when connecting the drives to a PC? Can you send us the zipped logs through Google drive, you can PM me the link.
