I have the same type of PSU installed on my NAS. It has a 4x4 cm small fan (which make a very loud noise). So why is selling NetGear NV+ without a PSU fan (but with more Watt) and put a fan into a 120 Watt unit?!?!
So in theory I could order a "Netgear RND4PSU1-10000S" and swap my PSU right? Since the Netgear RND4PSU1-10000S should have 200 Watt any my only 120 Watt?

Edit
This here should be the correct spare parts numbers if I´m correct.
RND4PSU1-10000S
- Fanless
- 200 Watt
RNR4PSU1-10000S
- small (noisy) fan
- 120 Watt
