First of all, yes the HDS53030ALA630 are on the HCL, and I have 4 in service, two each in two ReadyNAS NVX units. If you put one in and begin the boot process, either the drive or the chassis is at fault. I would either try all six one at a time for an initial boot, or test each of the six drives one at a time with the vendor tools.
Are these the same six drives that were in the previous unit?
You might also open a Tech Support case as a follow on to the RMA since there is apparently some sort of a problem, but of course they will ask you to test the drives as well.
