ULTRA2: USB 3.0 HDD only works on USB2.0 port and not USB3.0

its getting even worse.
When I connect the IOmega blackbelt USB 3.0 to the front of the ultra2 and then power on, the readynas will not boot completely and wont work properly.
My RAIDAR application shows the message "TFTP req".
Does anyone has experience with a working USB 3.0 HDD on the fron USB port (and is gettin usb 3.0 speed).
