Since I don't have an Ultra/Pro 2 I can't give any knowledge either way.
My impression of the drive size was based on the specifications I found for the drive which are approximately 4"x6"x2" which is a very large enclosure for a 2 1/2 drive. My WD passports are 3"x5"x1/2".
