Clearly there has been an issue with the drives or with the connection. Do you still have the full logs? You can send it to us.
Best advised would be to make sure you have a backup before this happened.

Logs sent. Hopefully its just a matter of swapping a drive.

Seems 3 of 4 disks already dropped of RAID, Also it is showing ATA errors.
Since RAID is already out, contacting Support would be the way to go. Experts will have to analyze further on what possible options for recovery can be done.
Please note that you may have to purchase a Data Recovery contract for the service.
