Unable to Access ReadyNAS via Webpage #23347940
We currently have a ReadyNAS 3100 that I am unable to access the /admin or the /shares URLs. I am still able to access the shares and RAIDar shows the drive, all green status lights and I was able to send the Locate command. We did not install SSH on the NAS and I am unable to connect to it via telnet; both options return a connection failed/refused message.
What should the next steps be? Reboot the NAS or is there a way to remotely connect to it and determine root cause?
Thanks!

- StephenBGuru - Experienced UserWhat firmware are you running, and what browsers did you try?
Did you also try IE compatibility mode? - ACCSFASRAspirantThe ReadyNAS is on version RAIDiator 4.2.19.
I've tried Chrome, Firefox 29, and Internet Explorer 11, in Compatibility Mode as well.
Thanks for all the help. - StephenBGuru - Experienced UserIf it worked recently I would try a reboot next.
- ACCSFASRAspirantThanks,
We will try that next; after making a backup of the shares.
-Alan N. - ACCSFASRAspirantRestarting the ReadyNAS via two presses of the power button fixed the issue.
