Does anyone know where I can find the manual for a ReadyNas model RNR-4C

ReadyNAS part numbers and labels can be confusing, but I think you have an RR2304.  If the NAS is operational, RAIDar (and the admin web UI) should give you the model information.  Here's an image of the model I think you have:

Thanks Stephan B you are correct the model No. 2304 is shown in the web user interface.
