unable to register product - already register by an unknown person

I have enjoyed a great run from my ReadyNAS NV V2 however only when experiencing a few problems that required a reinstall, I discovered that the email that I had used to register the product was no longer being used by me and I actually could not recall it.  This change in email adress was due to a change in ISP soon after the purchase. I need to change the registered email on my unit and need advice or assistance please.

    You may contact support regarding this. They will require a copy of the official receipt before they can change the registered email.

        Unfortunately I have since changed email accounts and can not locate the receipt.
        NOW the DRIVES ARE LOCKED!
        I have seen the various threads on the DRIVES LOCKED topic but none have a public post on the solution.
        Can you please help with this?
